Today during North Carolina FFA’s annual State Leadership Conference, around 250 NC FFA Members worked with NC FFA Alumni and Supporters to pack 38,488 meals in about 2 hours.

Thanks to the State Day of Service grant from National FFA and Meals of Hope, this service project idea became a reality!

The meals packed will be distributed throughout Bladen County by New Light Church. We are very thankful for the partners in Bladen County and White Lake who helped our FFA members today: Amy Hudson (Elizabeth Town Chamber), Cameron McGill (Lake Church Pastor and Chairman of Bladen County Commissioners), Dowless Ludlum (Bladen Journal), and Bo Barefoot (White Lake Council Member).
