Eastern Regional Livestock Evaluation Career Development Event

Please review the following information to register for the 2026 Eastern Regional Livestock Evaluation CDE: 

The Eastern Regional Livestock Judging CDE will be held at the James B Hunt Horse Complex (4601 Trinity Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607) on Tuesday, November 24 for Northeast, Southeast, East Central, and South Central regions. Please review these materials carefully and respond appropriately to ensure your students’ eligibility for this CDE. There will be 4-6 placing classes and one set of oral reasons at each event. 

Team check in will be from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The events will start promptly at 10:00 a.m. The competitions will take place from 9:00 a.m. until approximately 2:30 p.m. Lunch will be included from 12:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Oral reasons presentations will take place following lunch from 1:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Teams that arrive late will not be allowed to make up classes missed.
