North Carolina FFA Center 

The North Carolina FFA Center at White Lake, the second oldest FFA camp in the country, provides students with leadership and personal growth experiences. Programs hosted include seven weeks of recreational camp, State Leadership Conference, and Wildlife Camp. Since 1928, more than 150,000 students have made lifelong memories here.

NC FFA Camping Program

The camping program consists largely of wholesome recreational activities. The sports program, which is competitive on a chapter basis, includes swimming and water sports, basketball, softball, volleyball, water ball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and much more.

History of the FFA Center

The camp opened on June 4, 1928 and hosted 896 young men its first summer. Since this time, the center has operated as the Young Tar Heel Farmer Camp, the RJ Peeler FFA Camp, and is now known as the North Carolina FFA Center.
