The 2007-2008
rosters will be prepared differently this
year. You will access National FFA’s People
Soft system and prepare the roster online.
I believe that it will be easier and more
accessible without the problems associated
with the past system. However, like
anything else, it will seem difficult at
first since it is new. Please read all
instructions closely and completely.
First of all, go to
https://access.ffa.org/. This is
membership’s homepage, very important to
bookmark. This is where you must go to
access your roster.
The first link
is LIVE membership. User ID and
password is required to Log In. This is
where you will go when you are ready to
complete your roster. Last year’s
information will be there.
The second
link is test/practice membership. User ID
and password is required to Log In.
The third link
is membership support. Go there NOW
and click on the online menu button.
Scroll down and download the
step by step guide.
Everyone needs this that will
use the system.
It is recommended that you
print the instruction manual for complete
instructions on completing your roster.
This document will
guide you through the entire process
step-by-step
A PowerPoint
presentation is there also for training
purposes. All help documents are available
on the membership support site.
Below is the
password for your chapter.

Please keep
this letter and your password in a safe
place. If you need assistance, please feel

happy to assist you as much as possible.
Thank you for your cooperation in making
